I have resolved this based on all the uploading both manually and post by email that i have been doing.
I increased the large size dimensions for media. From 1024 to 1600.

Well i realised that certain pictures either due to size, resolution or something were not uploading.

It’s been resolved by deactivating Proton in Jetpack.
