My male actor will have a swollen eye to go with his ripper ear.
These pics show the making of the plaster paris core mould, sculpting the wax clay in the F40 resin core, making the F40 negative mould and then finaly casting a encapsulated platsil silcone prosthetic.
Apart from a test fit i need to punch eyebrows in to it.
