I now cast these in resin. They are hollow and have flashing and join marks that require finishing off. The jaw is loose and slots inplace.

I have been planning on starting to experiment with prosthetics. I had been asked to come up with a solution for someone to cosplay a character in The Walking Dead who got killed off in this way. An arrow through their head out of their eye!

I have had to do this in Gelatin as the person is allergic to Latex.
